Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for WhereYouStand, a digital informational product provided by Techdab LLP.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available before the Product is delivered.

If you change your mind after purchasing but before receiving your PDF report, you may request a full refund. Contact us at the email address below with your order details.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once the PDF report has been delivered to your email, no refunds will be provided.

WhereYouStand is a digital informational product. Once the report is delivered, the product has been fully provided. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot verify whether the content has been accessed or copied after delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Reports are delivered within 48 hours of completing the questionnaire and payment. If you need to request a refund, please do so before this delivery window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund before delivery, contact us at:

Include your order confirmation number and the email address used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor, within 5-10 business days.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you have not received your report within 48 hours of purchase:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify the email address you provided was correct
  • Contact us at the email above

We will investigate and either deliver your report or process a refund if we are unable to deliver.

  • This policy applies to WhereYouStand only
  • Payment processing is handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record)
  • Refund requests must include order confirmation details
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the criteria above
